Week 3 has passed and here is how I did
W03 Day1 - 2.21 miles run
W03 Day2 - 1.71 miles walk
W03 Day3 - rest
W03 Day4 - 2.24 miles walk
W03 Day5 - rest
W03 Day6 - 4.00 miles run and strength training
W03 Day7 - 1.12 miles run and strength training
This week I concentrated on increasing the mileage. Ran my first 4 miles with first 3 miles at 9:40 min/mile and the last mile at 9:31 min/mile.
Total mileage so far
week 3 - 11.28 miles
week 2 - 8.40 miles
week 1 - 7.66 miles
Wait to hear how week 4 goes :)
